Food Safety Courses
Instruction for pathogen control, purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, cooling, reheating, personal hygiene, sanitation, pest management, safe facilities and equipment, food management systems, and HACCP. Students completing the course are eligible to take any food safety certification exam. (Certified Serve It Safely proctors can assist with any food safety exams sponsored by the National Restaurant Association/Education Foundation/ServSafe)
